Life happens. Whether you’re a single stud whose summer vacation derailed your discipline or a family man with more important things to focus on than your bench press, various circumstances are always conspiring to keep you from your workouts.
If you’re ready to head back into the gym, we’ll meet you halfway with this program, which will help you add muscle and strength fast while focusing only on the most essential exercises. This program is designed to get you back to the gym and back to the shape you once were!
How It Works:
We’re not going to overwhelm you with a complicated program when you’re just getting back into the swing of things. Instead, we want you to focus on the "BIG 3" lifts—the deadlift, squat and bench press and get good at them.
We'll manipulate the intensity of each lift within each session. For example, phase 1 you'll work up to 5-7 rep max, phase 2 will be partial range lifts up to a 3-5 rep max and so on. This will help you avoid getting bored and maintain strength development and will allow you to prioritise one lift at a time to master good technique.
You will aslo be performing accessory work to compliment each lift during every session. A typical session will last anything around 60-90 minutes including warm ups.
