When you arrive at the Fitness Factory Cardiff, the first thing we do is give you a personalised 1 on 1 consultation with one of our trained fitness experts. Your personal fitness consultant will ask you a series of comprehensive questions designed to assess your level of physical fitness, commitment, and any limitations you may have. Then we take you through a FREE workout where additional assessment is done to determine strengths and weaknesses in your posture, mobility, and flexibility. Once your fitness assessment is complete, we’ll sit down with you to establish your GOAL and layout your customised success plan. The Fitness Factory Cardiff is as versatile and as adaptable as the methods themselves.
Our philosophy is to educate our members and clients not just train them. We want to focus on bringing all aspects of fitness to novice and experienced gym users; these include fat loss training techniques, functional strength, power, conditioning, and agility. We want to educate you properly while working towards long term improvement using kettlebells, sandbags, prowlers, calisthenics, dumbbells, medicine balls, barbells, assault bikes and more.
1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are working with your trainer one-on-one or in a small group, each session is programmed and guided by the Fitness Factory Cardiff Gym principles and philosophy.
SMALL GROUP SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
These 60-Minute semi-private personal training sessions integrate traditional styles of barbell and dumbbell training with unconventional techniques. With a focus on smaller groups, hybrid sessions are great for strength and muscle development in a more personal setting. This is the most cost effective way to get all the benefits of a personal training package.
DROP 2 IN 42 TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
This 6 week body transformation package is designed to burn as many calories as you can in every training session you attend.
You don't have to jump on the scales or have to have your body fat percentage taken. The hook to this challenge is; you buy a pair of jeans 1-2 sizes smaller than your current size and work towards fitting into them over the 6 weeks.
The sessions use a HIIT style training system coupled with our state of the art heart rate tracking system to maximise calorie burn.
These 60 Minute larger group sessions (4-10 people) use training systems not usually used in your conventional larger commercial gym facilities. Typical training systems used are Tabata, Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM), As Many Rounds As Posible (AMRAP) and your morn conventional HIIT type sessions. The number one goal of each session is to burn as many calories as possible in 60 minutes.

This class is perfect for that nine to fiver thats limited on time.
This 40 minute lunch time HIIT class is designed to burn maximal calories in a short amount of time. This new concept is set-up in group class with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells, sand bags, assault bikes, medicine balls, TRX’s and other fun, different equipment.
This type of training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.
