I was so nervous before we started but knew i had to do something as i had put on 2 stone in a year. Our plan was really well thought out and we gradually built our fitness up over the first few weeks. Both Adam and Mike gave me great nutrition advise and i felt so much better within days!
There was no strict nutrition plan but guidance on what to eat which made it easier and cheaper to follow than other diets i have come across. I lost over a stone in the first 6 weeks and noticed my body shape slim down and firm up loads. Just in time for the summer.
I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about changing their ways as it gave me so much motivation to keep healthy. I have now lost the 2 stone and can let myself have treats and chill out when i want to. Massive thank you for all your help :) it always got me in a great mood for the day and was genuinely sad that it had to come to an end!

Mike Parsons has been my personal trainer for the last 7 years. I started with only 2 personal training session a week and currently do 3 sessions personal training where we concentrate on resistance training and 2 bootcamp sessions to which helps me get my cardio in. I have seen huge results using this system that Mike has designed for me.
My core strength and stability was a large focus for us to work on. I used to suffer from back and joint pain so we used this as our training goal. I no longer suffer with pain and I've just had my best year skiing which i'm very happy with. My general wellbeing is much more energised and as a result I feel stronger.
My confidence has grown and during our sessions there is much discussion around healthy eating and the food groups to benefit my overall appearance.
Mike has a huge positive attitude towards fitness and the general wellbeing of all his clients. This attitude definitely rubs off on his clients.
The atmosphere at The Fitness Factory Cardiff is very friendly and always buzzing. The bootcamp session that I take on Tuesdays and Saturdays are very energetic and fit in well with my 3 personal training sessions a week.
